Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all sales of goods supplied by The Tile Guys. By placing an order, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms.

2. Pricing

All prices are quoted in Euro (€) and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Payment

Full payment must be made prior to the release or collection of goods, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Orders & Availability

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or amend any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Delivery & Collection

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays outside our control.
Customers must inspect goods upon collection or delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Returns are accepted only at our discretion and must be agreed in advance.
A 35% restocking charge applies to all approved returns.

The following items are non-returnable:

• Adhesive
• Grout
• Levelling compound
• Silicone
• Opened boxes

Returned goods must be in original condition, unopened, and in resaleable condition.

7. Damaged or Faulty Goods

Any damaged or faulty items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
Failure to notify within this timeframe will result in the goods being deemed accepted and no claim will be considered.

8. Product Variations

Tiles and natural products may vary in shade, tone, and size between batches. Customers are responsible for ensuring all required quantities are purchased at the same time.

9. Installation

We strongly recommend that all products are inspected prior to installation.
No claims will be accepted for goods once they have been installed.

10. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or financial losses.

11. Ownership of Goods

All goods remain the property of The Tile Guys until paid for in full.

12. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once processed or dispatched. Special order or non-stock items cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to fulfil obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to supplier delays, transport issues, or natural events.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
